Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Brownfield/Greenfield Cement Project, ensuring timely execution within budget and achieving guaranteed performance.
Manage project activities, including site operations, contractor coordination, manpower planning, and erection planning.
Ensure adherence to technical, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and onboard the right contractors for successful execution within the agreed timelines and cost parameters.
Act as the key liaison between engineers, management, and stakeholders to drive project success.
Conduct regular project status meetings, ensuring transparency in execution and alignment with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in project management.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.
Experience: 20-25 years in cement plant expansion or upgradation projects with technologically advanced machinery.
Leadership: 10-15 years of experience in a senior project management role.
Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Age Criteria: 45-50 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
ERP Knowledge: SAP ERP expertise is an added advantage.
Certifications: Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Safety Standards: Understanding of best practices in workplace safety and compliance.
