Candidates from Banking/Insurance industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand roles and hiring needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Developing and revising job descriptions to accurately reflect position requirements and attract suitable candidates.
Drafting and posting recruitment advertisements in effective digital and print media.
Assessing candidate qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication.
Connecting qualified candidates with hiring managers for further evaluation and selection.
Managing stakeholder updates by sending regular TA MIS and achieving quarterly hiring targets.
Serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance on HR policies and practices.
Managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and exit processes, while participating in HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HRBP-related activities, demonstrating a solid understanding of the recruitment cycle, HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Must possess an MBA in HR, providing a strong academic foundation in human resource management and strategic HR practices.
Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools, with the ability to collect, organize, and utilize HR-related data effectively to generate reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics, performance indicators, and attrition analysis.
