Summary:
Are you a dynamic HR professional with 4-5 years of experience and a passion for recruitment and employee engagement? We are seeking a talented DM-HR to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires working from our office and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our talent acquisition and HR initiatives.

Candidates from Banking/Insurance industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand roles and hiring needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Developing and revising job descriptions to accurately reflect position requirements and attract suitable candidates.

  • Drafting and posting recruitment advertisements in effective digital and print media.

  • Assessing candidate qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication.

  • Connecting qualified candidates with hiring managers for further evaluation and selection.

  • Managing stakeholder updates by sending regular TA MIS and achieving quarterly hiring targets.

  • Serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance on HR policies and practices.

  • Managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and exit processes, while participating in HR initiatives and projects.

 

Requirements:

  •  A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HRBP-related activities, demonstrating a solid understanding of the recruitment cycle, HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  •  Must possess an MBA in HR, providing a strong academic foundation in human resource management and strategic HR practices.

  •  Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools, with the ability to collect, organize, and utilize HR-related data effectively to generate reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics, performance indicators, and attrition analysis.
