We are seeking an experienced Associate / Senior Associate - Marketing with a strong background in B2B digital marketing, preferably within technology marketing, consulting, financial services, or Big 4 environments.
Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing social media marketing and digital advertising campaigns to support demand generation and brand awareness.
- Overseeing website updates, SEO, and search engine marketing.
- Developing and executing campaigns to nurture leads and prospects.
- Collaborating with internal design teams and external agencies to create marketing creatives.
- Measuring, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance and marketing channel effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Communication, Media Studies, English, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years digital marketing and/or demand generation experience, focusing on content marketing.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy with strong conversion-oriented copywriting skills.
- Creative flair for design and experience working in fast-paced environments.
