Enterprise Architect - 22 years of experience - Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon 

 

Hiring for an Enterprise Architect position with 22 years of total experience and relevant 7 - 8 years of experience in a tier one technology consulting role, with particular emphasis on new technology adoption, digital transformation, cloud adoption, and architecture transformation.

 

Location - Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities - 

  • Contributing to developing and maintaining Architecture Guiding Principles, drawing on architectural knowledge and experience.

  • Lead the development of new IT standards, analyzing and understanding the potential impact of competing technologies, assessing their strategic significance, defining their strategic role and scope, roadmap, and relationship to existing standards, and periodically reviewing our entire IT estate in the context of those standards.

  • Developing Enterprise Architecture and/or Solution Architecture for such programs in an incremental fashion, based on risk/business needs.

  • Defining Reference Architectures and architectural blueprints around Microservices/SOA, Information Architecture, Cloud, Integration, IoT Architecture, Mobility/Presentation Architectures, etc.

  • Deliver technology advisory to clients in the area of technology adoption to business efficiency and expansion.

  • Leading solution design reviews and technical design reviews, ensuring that projects are following agreed corporate strategic direction and alignment to architectural standards and patterns.

  • Track technologies and new business innovations to determine how they relate to IT strategy, existing standards, platforms, and patterns, and lead the work to amend the existing assets or create new assets to reflect changes in the technology landscape.

Requirements - 

  • 22+ years of experience, with at least 6-8+ yrs. of relevant experience and demonstrated success in a tier-one technology consulting role, with particular emphasis on new technology adoption, digital transformation, cloud adoption, and architecture transformation.

  • Hands-on experience architecting solutions for distributed, mission-critical systems with an emphasis on real-time integration, high availability, scalability and performance..

  • Experienced in independently handling technology ownership of large programs.

  • Knowledge of architectural design patterns, technical design, design reviews, architectural impact, and risk analysis.

  • Should have experience in conducting architectural gap analysis and preparation of target state identification using methods like ATAM.
