Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute detailed test scripts across functional and non-functional areas
- Document issues with clarity and collaborate on root cause analysis
- Develop, refine, and maintain test plans aligned with Agile practices
- Report quality metrics and provide insights into testing effectiveness
- Support compliance with data privacy and security protocols
- Actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, and stand-ups in Agile environments
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree required (technical discipline preferred)
- CSQE certification or QA-related certification is an added advantage
