Responsibilities
Ensuring trial balances are valid, accurate, and complete for legal entities or business areas.
Preparing and delivering standard reporting packs, including statutory accounts, regulatory filings, and management information.
Reviewing and challenging financial dimensions presented by Record to Report (R2R) counterparts.
Leveraging commercial acumen to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
Applying technical expertise to influence stakeholders and enhance financial processes.
Requirements
10-15 years of experience in a similar control role within financial services or investment management.
Recognized professional accountancy qualification.
Strong commercial and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial systems and ERPs, particularly Oracle, and advanced Excel skills.
Proven ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and manage complex financial reviews.
