A reputed corporate group looking for a skilled professional to lead and optimize its Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion.
- Independently manage Accounts Payable (AP) operations for India and international entities in large/mid-sized organizations.
- Handle accounting payments related to Revex/Capex invoices, credit memos, debit memos, corporate credit card spends, foreign travel settlements, and employee reimbursements.
- Drive automation projects in the Accounts Payable domain.
- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS provisions for vendor payments.
- Develop accounting and systemic solutions for dynamic business needs.
- Strong technology expertise with functional proficiency.
- Experience in ERP integration and solution implementation.
- Deliver reports for internal/external audits and ESG compliance.
- Conduct periodic reviews of open employee balances and creditors to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee bank reconciliations for Indian and foreign entity accounts.
- Maintain vendor master records in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority, role segregation, and process improvements.
- Identify system issues and implement accurate solutions.
- Ability to handle stress, meet tight deadlines, and assess risk areas in AP and bank payment processes.
- Evaluate team performance and process efficiencies to maintain compliance with invoice and employee payment TATs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 15–18 years in Accounts Payable, with a proven track record of handling AP operations independently.
- Skill Set: People Management, Process Management, SLA Management, Problem Solving, Escalation Management, Accounting, Technology Rigor, and Process Transformations.
- Education Qualification: MBA/Inter-CA/CMA/Inter-CMA/Postgraduate.
