Equity Research Analyst– TMT- 3+ years- Pune
Location- Pune
Summary: We are looking for an Equity Research Analyst who will be responsible for managing client accounts, analyzing financial data, and delivering insights to support decision-making and having solid understanding of finance, financial markets, and accounting principle.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and updating company and industry models.
2. Creating and maintaining comprehensive databases using diverse data sources.
3. Working on regular research publications including earnings previews, reviews, event updates, and flash notes.
4. Contributing innovative research ideas for thematic publications.
5. Conducting sector analysis and formulating investment themes and ideas.
6. Monitoring the latest developments within companies and sectors to integrate into research.
7. Performing independent company-specific, economic, and trend analysis.
8. Publishing detailed articles and research reports to summarize findings.
Requirements:
1. Solid understanding of finance, financial markets, and accounting principles.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy with a diligent work ethic.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions.
6. A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
7.MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
8. Pursuing or completed CFA certification.
9. Prior experience in Equity Research.
