Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations, disbursements, and compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of various statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, and PT
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payroll-related queries and concerns
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
