Summary: Seeking a dynamic Consumer Operations Specialist to enhance our consumer services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, improving service delivery, and ensuring a positive consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Management:
1-Oversee the invoice processing and vendor payment cycles.
2-Maintain the accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable Management:
1-Manage invoicing and collections, ensuring timely cash application.
2-Collaborate with the sales team on overdue payments.
Invoice Processing:
1-Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and resolving discrepancies.
Vendor Management:
1-Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable payment terms.
2-Conduct vendor reviews to ensure compliance and performance standards.
Management Information Systems (MIS):
1-Prepare timely financial reports and analyze key metrics for management.
Forex Management:
1-Monitor forex transactions and prepare exposure reports, collaborating with the treasury team.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
1-Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
2-Facilitate audits with internal and external parties.
Process Improvement and Automation:
1-Identify and implement process improvements within finance operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
1-Work with various teams, including treasury, tax, and procurement, to support business objectives.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; M.Com preferred.
Experience:
7+ years in finance operations, particularly in FMCG or consumer goods.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Analytical Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Attention to Detail:
High accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
