Responsibilities
- Create and review flexible, transparent financial models for periodic independent valuations, adhering to regulatory standards for alternative investment funds
- Develop financial models from scratch, model scenarios, run sensitivity analyses, and design payment waterfalls.
- Take the lead in designing valuation approaches for new asset types and contribute to enhancing the firms valuation platform for private markets.
- Present the analysis or cashflow models to clients/third parties on calls as well as assist in the preparation of investment summaries and credit memos.
- Present the valuation outputs to clients, investors and auditors on calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in valuations
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and industry research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
