Financial Control Accountant – Internal Audit & Control – CA Qualified - 2+ Years - Gurugram
We are looking for CA qualified professionals who have strong experience in undertaking controls design and operating effectiveness testing and supporting the business through any required remediation activity to ensure an effective financial control environment. If this sounds like you, read on!

Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborating with business partners to develop quarterly test plans that align with Group Policy.
- Planning and execution of financial control tests to provide reliable assurance regarding the design and effectiveness of the control environment.
- Assisting the Financial Control Team Leader in preparing quarterly management information (MI) reports.
- Conducting tests across various processes and business areas, working with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
- Offering recommendations and advice on control activities and potential improvements, ensuring information is presented clearly and appropriately for its intended audience and purpose.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in accounting or auditing with CA Qualification.
- 2-5 Years of relevant experience.
- Experience in financial controls within the financial services sector is desirable but not required (training will be provided).
- Broad knowledge of financial controls.
- Ability to understand entire processes, identify and assess key financial reporting risks, and determine appropriate control requirements and design.
