  1. Overseeing litigation management, including civil, criminal, and arbitration cases.

  2. Ensuring regulatory compliance, including licensing, labeling, and promotional activities.

  3. Managing legal aspects of new projects, such as due diligence and governmental representations.

  4. Addressing property matters, including transactions and due diligence.

  5. Driving strategic legal initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

  6. Collaborating with internal departments for seamless legal operations.

Requirements:

  1. LLB or equivalent qualification.

  2. 20+ years of experience in litigation management, regulatory affairs, and property-related matters, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.

  3. Expertise in handling complex legal challenges with a strategic mindset.

  4. Proficiency in compliance management and stakeholder coordination.
