• Analyzing and understanding the requirements from internal clients
• Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, events, and references
• Pre-screening and short-listing candidates for client interviews
• Scheduling candidates with clients and following up accordingly
• Negotiating salaries and rolling out offers to candidates
• Tracking selected candidates' joining dates
• Maintaining continuous follow-up with clients to ensure staffing plans are met
• Preparing reports, handling end-to-end recruitment process, and managing the database
• Consistently achieving hiring targets

Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
