Summary
We are seeking a Group Manager with Experience: 8-10 years in BPO, with 5+ years in Training & Development Must have worked in the Utilities & Energy sector (electricity, gas, water services BPO) The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Training Content Optimization, Adult Learning Principles/Andragogy, and Instructional Design. This is a client-facing role, requiring experience in leading multiple teams and locations, managing training metrics, and driving operational improvements.
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli/Thane)
Shifts: UK shifts 1 PM to 10 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM

Responsibilities:

Lead training teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistent KPI delivery and optimal performance.

Optimize training content and methodology using Adult Learning principles/Andragogy.

Analyze and evaluate the business impact of training programs, including Resource Planning, Resource Optimization, and Learning Curve ROI.

Implement training metrics that tie into business metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Conduct Market Research & Analysis on emerging training models and methodologies.

Manage client interactions regularly as part of a client-facing role, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational improvement projects in training.

Lead training-related digital transformation projects, leveraging tools like GoAnimate, Captivate, Vyond, Articulate Storyline 360, and Gamification.

Maintain, update, and optimize training content, ensuring it is relevant and effective.

Drive cost-reduction and revenue generation initiatives to maximize training ROI.
Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a minimum of 5 years in training.

Extensive knowledge of Utilities domain and deep understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI).

Proven expertise in Instructional Design, eLearning, and digital tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Captivate, Vyond, and LMS.

Experience in training metrics analysis and ability to link training outcomes to business performance.

Ability to lead and manage multiple teams and locations effectively.

Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with both internal stakeholders and end clients.

Six Sigma Lean certification, with a focus on process improvement and cost-reduction projects.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
