Group Manager - Procurement Services - ITeS/BPO/KPO - 10+ years - Pune

Location -Pune (US Shift) 

We are hiring a Group Manager – Procurement Services to lead strategic sourcing operations for US-based clients. This role involves driving procurement excellence, managing supplier performance, and leading high-performing teams in a global delivery model.

Responsibilities - 

  1. Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with client goals.

  2. Managing end-to-end procurement processes including RFx, negotiations, and contracts.

  3. Leading vendor performance tracking and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

  4. Acting as the primary liaison for US-based clients and driving stakeholder engagement.

  5. Mentoring and managing a team of procurement professionals to deliver on SLAs.

  6. Monitoring procurement analytics and delivering strategic insights to clients and leadership. 

Requirements - 

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

  2. 8+ years of procurement experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role in BPO/KPO.

  3. Hands-on experience with P2P/S2P tools like Ariba, Coupa, SAP, or Jaggaer.

  4. Proven expertise in category management, vendor negotiations, and client servicing.
