Seeking a visionary professional to join the team as the Head of Finance. This pivotal role will oversee all financial aspects of operations, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and strategic planning to support and scale the organization's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals and long-term vision.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management team.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (such as operations, marketing, and legal) to support cross-functional initiatives and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally within the food and beverages industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
