HRBP_Employee relations_5+ years_Ahmedabad
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at our location in Ahmedabad. As an integral member of our HR team, the Business Partner will be responsible for handling HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. They will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and programs

Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
Experience in employee engagement, Talent Management, learning & development and conflict resolution
Proficient in performance management processes
Work on initiatives related to identification of HiPos and ensure continued engagement for the same.
Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines.
Provide business insights on the change management strategy.
Lead the implementation of HR initiatives and projects assigned by HQ at local level
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR domain
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
