Manager - Business Continuity Management -  BFSI/ITES – Mumbai - 6+ Years

We are looking for professionals with 6-8 years of experience are invited to apply for the role of Manager - Business Continuity Management in Mumbai. The role involves developing BCM programs, ensuring BCP compliance, and creating recovery and emergency plans. Key responsibilities include conducting Business Impact Analyses, mitigating risks, and coordinating crisis simulations. CBCI/CBCP certification and strong communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Developing and maintaining the organization’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
2. Ensuring effective links to broader resilience functions and compliance with BCP standards.
3. Collaborating with departments to create and enhance emergency response and recovery plans.
4. Conducting regular Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and updating recovery strategies.
5. Identifying risks and gaps while recommending improvements for crisis readiness.
6. Designing and executing validation programs, including crisis simulations and drills.
7. Communicating resilience updates to senior stakeholders and key teams.

Requirements

1. 6-8 years of experience in Business Continuity Management or related fields.
2. Certification in CBCI/CBCP (or equivalent).
3. Strong knowledge of BCM tools, business lifecycles, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours during crisis situations.
