· Create and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on demand planning strategies.
· Refine forecasting models and use data analytics to improve accuracy.
· Monitor demand variations and adjust production and inventory plans accordingly.
· Utilize insights to optimize demand planning and distribution processes.
· Generate reports on forecast accuracy and supply chain performance metrics.
· Design and execute strategies for cost-effective product distribution.
· Optimize stock allocation across depots for efficient distribution.
· Work with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline processes and reduce lead times.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree, MBA or relevant certification required.
· 7-10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics, ideally in beverage or FMCG sectors.
· Proficient in demand planning tools, data analytics, and forecasting techniques.
