Manager – Global Mobility
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Global Mobility and Immigration, with a strong focus on the US, UK, APAC, and Europe regions. If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in end-to-end visa processing, work permit filing, and have a proven track record of managing global mobility functions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of immigration regulations and processes for the US, UK, APAC, and Europe regions.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in Global Mobility/Immigration roles.
- Manage end-to-end visa processing and work permit filing processes.
- Coordinate with external attorneys to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Act as the front-facing business representative for global mobility matters.
- Effectively manage and resolve escalations from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct informative and engaging immigration briefing sessions for employees.
- Develop and implement induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for relocated employees.
- Oversee relationships with immigration service providers and other relevant vendors.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with established agreements.
- Manage the entire relocation process for employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in Global Mobility and Immigration roles.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations for the US, UK, APAC, and Europe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations.
- Experience in vendor management and automation of processes.
- Familiarity with compliance audit procedures.
