Responsibilities
- Designing and developing engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning courses, videos, and interactive modules.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs and designing appropriate solutions.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions and making necessary improvements.
- Staying updated with the latest instructional design trends and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Implementing feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine and improve instructional content.
- Utilizing data analytics to assess learner performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on human resources.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
