The role involves identifying and evaluating land parcels, conducting market research, negotiating acquisitions, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate land parcels near potential substations for acquisition.
- Conduct market research to determine land values and negotiate acquisitions.
- Coordinate land entitlement and planning activities with development personnel.
- Liaise with government authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits.
- Review and monitor purchase agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in renewable energy
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Familiarity with state land laws, property laws, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
