We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager-Legal specializing in Contract Abstraction, Project Management and People Management. The person should have worked in LPO/BPO/Consulting and must have handled a team size of at least 20 people

Responsibilities

Managing a team size of 30-40 LLB Associates.

Overseeing and managing the contract abstraction process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Reviewing and analyzing legal contracts to identify key information and potential risks.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance.

Contributing to process improvement initiatives and provide training on legal contract abstraction best practices.
Requirements
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Law with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Solid understanding of legal terminologies and contract management processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
