We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and oversee insurance operations. The Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service delivery within the P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance process.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and comply with industry regulations. Develop procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the insurance operations team. Conduct training and foster a productive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize operational processes, implement automation tools, and coordinate across departments to ensure process efficiency.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure operations comply with legal standards and manage risks effectively.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Focus on customer satisfaction and ensure accurate processing of policies and claims. Address escalated issues promptly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Present operational performance reports, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (Insurance certifications preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within P&C insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, underwriting, and regulations.
- Proven leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
