Seeking an experienced Branch Manager with 4+ years of sales experience in PL/BL/LAP products and expertise in Hyderabad market with team management skills.
Your future employer-A leading non-banking financial company (NBFC) providing loans, credit cards, and other financial services to individuals and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet sales volume targets for multiple products while maintaining sourcing quality, underwriting diligence, and controlling delinquencies and frauds.
- Deliver Superior Customer Experience: Ensure timely processing (TATs) and minimize pre- and post-disbursal discrepancies to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize overall branch performance
Requirements-
- Should have experience in secured loans , LAP etc
- At least 6 + yrs of experience in sales – Direct Sales, In Market sourcing etc..
- Good Hyderabad Market Experience and Team handling experience
