Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs and goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing requirements and drive the recruitment process for various roles.
- Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates.
- Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and HR trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
