Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates(mid to senior level hiring/Leadership hiring)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent acquisition(Non-tech requirements) needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment(non-tech hiring, leadership hiring,mid to senior level hiring)- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(stakeholder management)
- MBA from premium B-school
