An excellent opportunity for a professional with 3-4 years of experience in Sales training in BFSI
Location: Delhi

Responsibilities:
- Implementing training sessions for sellers and employees, adhering to agreed-upon man-days.
- Devoting 2 days towards training for the employees and providing necessary sales support and inputs to all sellers.
- Conducting online certification through Inquizzitive for trained sellers quarterly, with refresher training preceding certification and follow-ups for failed candidates.
- Establishing a proficient training team within each circle by upskilling identified sales personnel to handle training requirements for their respective clusters/branches.
- Driving traffic to the E-Learning platform/Microsite to optimize technology for broader outreach.
- Ensuring the quality standards of business within the circle and mapped branches are consistently met.
- Organizing regular training programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, and implementing robust certification processes to track and improve all trainees' product knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- candidates with 3-4 years of Sales Training experience, specifically within the insurance sector, emphasizing prior knowledge in insurance.
- Strongly prefer candidates with a result-driven mindset, customer-centric approach, technical expertise, and insurance knowledge, preferably with LIII or AIII certification.
