Responsibilities:
As a Consultant/Manager for Customer Data Platforms (CDP), you will:
Serve as the primary marketing technology point of contact for clients, helping them optimize their CDP investment.
Have developer-level expertise in leading CDP solutions (Lytics, Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Tealium, Treasure Data, or custom-built CDPs).
Work with real-time event tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
Provide domain expertise in digital marketing and marketing strategies.
Possess deep expertise in Google Analytics (GA360/GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and more.
Assess and audit marketing technology stacks (MarTech), including data infrastructure, ad platforms, and security policies.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate business needs into technical requirements (BRDs, CDP analytics use cases).
Prioritize CDP use cases and create a data-driven marketing activation roadmap.
Work with Solution Architects to develop scalable CDP implementations.
Provide platform training and hands-on support to clients.
Work on data models, unification logic, data processing, and schema design for CDPs.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, DBAs, and other teams to ensure project success.
Use business intelligence tools for insights and actionable recommendations.
Utilize project management skills for sprint planning and execution.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
Master’s in Statistics/Econometrics/Economics from a reputed institute
M.Phil/Ph.D. in Statistics/Econometrics (preferred)
Experience:
4+ years of experience implementing CDP solutions with identity resolution expertise.
4+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or analytics.
5+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
3+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing hubs (Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, Pega, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience in CDP platforms (Lytics, Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, or custom-built CDPs).
Expertise in Google Analytics (GA360/GA4), Adobe Analytics.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, The Trading Desk.
Strong cloud experience (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Advanced programming skills in Python, SQL, Shell Scripting.
Experience with Data Migration, DevOps, MLOps, Terraform Scripting.
Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented and a good team player.
