National Delivery Head - Training Delivery- 15+ Years - Gurgaon

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 17-25 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or Training Delivery from reputed organizations. The ideal candidate is an energetic and target-oriented leader with exceptional communication skills, strong operational acumen, and extensive experience in managing large teams of trainers across India Centers. This role focuses on overseeing training delivery at a national level, driving performance analysis, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality, efficient training execution across multiple locations. The candidate must have a proven track record of scaling training operations, enhancing trainer performance, and aligning training strategies with business goals.

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing a robust training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
2. Leading and managing the training team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Monitoring and analyzing training performance data to optimize attendance, minimize dropouts, and enhance student satisfaction.
4. Overseeing daily training operations, including faculty management, student batch allocation, and training infrastructure.
5. Ensuring adherence to company policies, processes, and directives.
6. Maintaining high-quality training delivery to meet students' certification and placement objectives.
7. Traveling extensively for center visits and training coordination across the country.

Requirements:

1. Graduation with 15-25 years of experience in Training Delivery / L&D from reputed companies.
2. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and presentations.
5. Willingness to travel extensively PAN India.
