  2. Postgraduate degree in Mass Communications, PR, or Journalism.
  3. Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (added advantage).
  4. Expertise in social media, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
  5. People management and leadership skills.
