Lead the Inside and Pre-Sales team to develop effective strategies for client engagement and conversion.

Requirements
6+ years of experience in Inside Sales and Pre-Sales in the E-commerce/Retail domain.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
