Principal Program Manager – Reverse Logistics- Bangalore – (10 + years)
An exciting opportunity Supply Chain Strategy Expert. Looking for someone who has an experience in Strategic Program Management for large e commerce organizations preferably in the Logistics space. You will be managing Pan India reverse logistics team for enhancing the Customer Experience and Seller Experience for driving the profitability of the company. Responsibilities:
Identifying new opportunity areas that will help deliver step-function improvement on reducing the cost of Reverse Logistics by removing defects that would cause a reject/return
Enhancing the returns and post-purchase experience for customers to make it simple and frustration free.
A high visibility role, acting as a strong support to the leadership team
Working in an impactful role, which requires a mix of operational expertise and strategic planning while discovering business potential and influencing business decisions.
Partnering with business, product, operations, design teams, technology, ML & Finance teams to implement these recommendations
Preventing bad actors from taking undue advantage of our return policies and systems.
Requirements:
10+ years program management experience in a technological industry
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or technology with relevant work experience.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
Excellent cross group collaboration skills
