Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand the Intermittent Catheters market in India.
- Formulate and execute a go-to-market strategy that delivers competitive advantages.
- Develop and present a business case with multi-year revenue projections and strategic themes.
- Nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, cross-functional teams, and global marketing partners.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at building brand preference and clinical trust among healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Clinical Marketing (Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager).
- Post-graduate degree; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Strong background in clinical marketing and a record of establishing new therapies or technology launches.
- Excellent communication skills, growth mindset, and a drive for results.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and sales team collaboration.
