Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications for data analysis and reporting in the insurance domain
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of applications
- Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements in the existing applications
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on analytics
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Experience with data visualization tools and libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly
- Knowledge of insurance domain concepts and data models is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
