Join our dynamic team as a Research Analyst specializing in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy. With a focus on enabling sustainability, you'll engage with global corporations to develop and implement policies that drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities:
- Working on sustainability/ESG strategy projects and developing relevant policies for global corporations.
- Conducting materiality assessments, gap assessments, and competitor benchmarking.
- Engaging with stakeholders and interpreting ESG issues for business implications.
- Developing high-quality content for thematic reports, thought leadership, and points of view.
- Assisting in business development, tracking pertinent events/regulations, and creating business collaterals.
- Presenting at client workshops and leading client conversations.
- Quickly learning new concepts outside of your expertise.
- Keeping track of sustainability trends, regulations, and industry-specific development
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in finance, environmental sciences, economics, or related fields with relevant experience.
- Experience in sustainability consulting (strategy, reporting, ratings, and impact measurement).
- Deep understanding of global, regional, and local ESG/sustainability and decarbonization standards.
- Knowledge of EHS Management Systems, SROI or equivalent, Social & Environmental Impact Assessment, supply chain transformation, net-zero transition, and carbon accounting.
- Familiarity with company filings such as annual reports, CSR/sustainability reports, and proxy statements.
