Our client, a leading market research and analytics firm, is seeking an experienced Manager to lead research and analysis for the Textiles, Gems & Jewellery sectors. This role requires sector expertise, strong client interaction skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality insights on market trends. Pharma sector knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Continuously tracking and analyzing the Textiles, Gems & Jewellery sectors by monitoring trends, demand-supply data, price changes, and trade dynamics.
- Regularly compiling performance data and providing insights on key companies within these sectors.
- Engaging in client interactions, offering industry updates, and analyzing the impact of major sectoral events.
- Leading the development of new products, thematic reports, and custom assignments covering macroeconomic and sector-specific topics.
- Presenting findings to clients, managing client communications, and ensuring adherence to the research calendar.
- Supervising and mentoring a small team of analysts, ensuring quality and supporting their professional growth.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience with sector expertise in Textiles, Gems & Jewellery. Pharma knowledge is a plus.
- Proven skills in financial research, valuation, and client interaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor industry trends and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and client engagement abilities.
