Solution Enablement Manager – HRO Solution Architect

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRO Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 16 to 25 years of experience, with a strong client-facing background preferred. If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in HR Process Design, HR Delivery Strategy, and HR Analytics, we want to hear from you.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Shifts:  (11 AM - 8 PM / 12 PM - 9 PM IST)

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility.

  2. Create solutions in situations that require in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

  3. Set strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility.

  4. Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within the organization, involving negotiation or influence on significant matters.

  5. Have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

  6. Make decisions that have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.

  7. Manage large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within the organization.

  8. Note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

Requirements:

  1. 16 to 25 years of experience, with a strong client-facing background preferred.

  2. Expertise in HR Process Design, HR Delivery Strategy, and HR Analytics.

  3. Strong understanding of solution configuration of client requirements and integration with sales.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations.

  6. Experience in setting strategic direction and establishing near-term goals.

  7. Familiarity with managing large teams and/or work efforts within a client or organizational environment.
