Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Perform data analytics and create reports to provide insights for business decision-making
- Conduct user training and support during Salesforce implementations
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce platform, and liaise with technical teams for resolutions
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Proficiency in Salesforce platform with a strong understanding of ticketing and data analytics
Proven track record of gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salesforce certification(s) will be an added advantage
