Summary - We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in HR and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing manpower data, employee engagement, learning & development, performance improvement, and more.

Responsibilities -

Maintain real-time, accurate employee data.

Conduct Day One Induction and regular employee engagement activities.
-
Publish monthly attrition reports and perform early attrition risk assessments.
-
Organize quarterly Townhalls and monthly engagement initiatives.
-
Support learning & development through effective training and feedback execution.
-
Identify top performers and manage performance improvement plans (PIP).
-
Conduct exit interviews and work on retention strategies.
-
Publish HR reports by the 10th of each month, including detailed quarterly attrition data.

Manage employee relations, concerns, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
-
Collaborate with the CoE team on new initiatives and programs.

Provide support for organizational change initiatives.
Requirements -
-
MBA in HR (mandatory).

2-3 years of experience in human resources.
-
Excellent communication skills (non-negotiable).

Ability to manage and analyze HR data effectively.

Strong experience in employee engagement and performance management.
