Senior Consultant - Internal Audit - 3+ years - Gurugram
Location : Gurugram
Summary: We are looking for skilled and dynamic individuals to join our Internal Audit Consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects with a variety of prestigious clients, delivering high-impact solutions in internal audit and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Engagements: Spearhead internal client-facing teams, guiding them through solution delivery and managing smaller project modules independently.
2.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and monitor risks. Develop risk management strategies to enhance business processes and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks.
3.Client Advisory: Provide valuable insight into compliance, internal controls, and audit strategies. Assist clients with Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance and internal control frameworks.
4.Mentorship: Support the development of team members by coaching and training them on technical and professional competency.
Process Improvement: Conduct reviews of internal controls, optimize working capital, and assist with re-engineering processes and documentation.
5.Multi-tasking Excellence: Manage multiple assignments, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
6.Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with client personnel by understanding their perspective and business needs.
Requirements:
1.Qualifications: CA (1st attempt preferred) or MBA (from a top-tier business school) with a commerce background.
2.Experience: Prior experience in internal audit, consulting, advisory, or professional services.
3.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles, internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT), and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
4.Skills: Strong analytical, management, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
5.Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information, remain professional in high-stress situations, and work independently.
