Senior Consultant – Renewable Energy Space – Mumbai – 3+ Years

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant in the Renewable Energy space with 3-5 years of expertise. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative solutions in renewable and new energy technologies such as solar, green hydrogen, and energy storage. You’ll be responsible for providing strategic planning, market research, and feasibility assessments for clients to help drive their sustainable growth and energy transition.

Responsibilities:

1. You are developing tailored strategies for clients in the renewable energy sector, focusing on areas like green hydrogen, energy storage, and electric vehicles (EV).
2. You are conducting feasibility analyses for market entry into renewable energy domains such as the C&I market, energy storage, and the carbon market.
3. You are analyzing and developing competitive bidding strategies for renewable energy projects.
4. You are performing financial modeling to evaluate renewable energy projects, including ROI, NPV, and IRR calculations.
5. You are assessing power market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks and market trends, to provide clients with strategic insights for market entry and expansion.
6. You are staying updated on renewable energy regulations and providing advice on navigating local and international regulatory landscapes.

Requirements:

1. MBA or Master's degree in engineering, renewable energy, environmental science, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy consulting, project development, or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar PV, wind turbines, energy storage).
4. Knowledge of renewable energy policies, market dynamics, and regulations at local, regional, and international levels.
5. Experience in green hydrogen, energy storage, and EV infrastructure is highly preferred.
6. Proven financial modeling skills and proficiency in project valuation techniques.
7. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
