Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage BFSI consulting projects for top clients.

  2. Conduct competitive and operational benchmarking across financial segments.

  3. Evaluate fund managers and perform actuarial assessments.

  4. Benchmark compensation trends and provide regulatory consulting.

  5. Perform market research and strategic reviews of business operations.

  6. Develop digital transformation strategies tailored for BFSI clients.

  7. Prepare and present impactful pitch decks and strategic presentations.

  8. Drive business development initiatives and foster client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  1. MBA from a recognized institution.

  2. 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in BFSI consulting.

  3. Hands-on experience in any 2-3 segments: AMCs, Insurance, Wealth Management, Private Equity, Alternative Investment Funds.

  4. Strong skills in strategic advisory, operational consulting, market research, and digital transformation.

  5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and business development skills.
