Senior Consultant /Manager – Energy Consulting

Mumbai / Gurgaon
Summary:
You will be responsible for managing consulting assignments in the Energy sector, focusing on Power, Renewables, New Energies, and Energy Transition for international clients, including Donor agencies, Governments, and Public sector entities. Your expertise will also contribute to business development and franchise building.

Responsibilities:
- Manage consulting projects in the energy sector from initiation to delivery, including work planning and execution.
- Conduct stakeholder consultations, data analysis, and financial modeling for projects related to Power, Renewables, and Energy Transition.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
- Support tender-based business development by providing technical inputs, developing work plans, and assisting with proposal submissions.
- Actively engage in client management, ensuring high-quality deliverables and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of consulting experience in the Energy sector, focusing on Power, Renewables, and Energy Transition.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex assignments.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present to senior clients and stakeholders.
