We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role requires deep expertise in MLOps, Responsible AI, and Generative AI, along with hands-on experience in building scalable, production-grade AI systems. You will work in a consulting environment, collaborate with industry leaders, support pre-sales efforts, and mentor junior team members while delivering impactful AI solutions across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting clients in identifying AI-driven solutions for business challenges.
  2. Leading AI/ML solution development, ensuring scalability and impact.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design AI strategies.
  4. Supporting pre-sales activities by developing PoCs, AI prototypes, and client demos.
  5. Translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  6. Mentoring junior data scientists and fostering a culture of learning.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with expertise in consulting.
  3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure for AI solution deployment.
  4. Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  5. Experience in at least three AI domains: NLP, Predictive Modeling, Computer Vision, Anomaly Detection, etc.
