Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and delivering high-impact consulting services
• Lead project teams (process excellence) and ensure quality delivery within the specified timeline
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in process excellence, automation ,consulting, with a focus on strategy, operations, or business transformation
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field and Six sigma black belt certification
