Responsibilities
Overseeing the end-to-end Order to Cash operations
Driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Leading a team to ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and cash application
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize OTC processes
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of OTC operations
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 18 years of experience in Order to Cash operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
