Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with 12–18 years of expertise in transmission line project execution to oversee the end-to-end construction of 220kV ISTS-connected transmission lines for renewable energy evacuation across India. The ideal candidate will lead project implementation at site, ensuring timely execution within cost and quality norms while managing stakeholders, safety, and compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Planning
- Lead the construction, erection, stringing, and commissioning of 220kV transmission lines.
- Develop and implement detailed construction schedules (L2/L3), micro plans, and resource mobilization strategies.
- Oversee foundation, tower erection, conductor stringing, and OPGW works.
- Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare DPRs, MPRs, and support billing and documentation processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in EPC projects for transmission lines.
- Proven track record of independently leading the execution of 220kV or higher voltage class transmission lines.
