Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; relevant certifications in project management will be a plus
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a focus on HR projects and HR tech
- Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and tools, with the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex HR projects, with a focus on process improvement and change management
